SERENE Wellbeing GroupsIt is common for people to attend workshops, love the experience, love the content and then forget it all within a week or so. The goal of the Wellbeing Mindfulness groups is to introduce Mindfulness techniques and concepts at an easy to absorb rate, giving time to incorporate new skills between sessions. At the end of the program the people attending may be interested in continuing to meet as a small private group to keep their learning alive. Advanced programs are envisaged in the future.
10 sessions, 1.5 hours per session. Held on Monday nights at 6:00pm. Maximum of 10 people per group. Total investment $220.00 A Medicare rebate of approximately $22 per session ($220) is available to people who have obtained a mental health care plan from their Doctor.
